BioShield / Farebox Update

Sisters & Brothers,
I am hoping you all had a wonderful summer with family and friends.
I wanted to give all members an update on projects set to take place in September and October. As you are aware, the bio shields on all conventional units have become very worn and difficult to see through. Starting September 3, 2024, Nu-Tec fabrication will be replacing all bio shields on conventional units and installing new ones.
October will bring the installation of our new fare boxes on all Conventional and Lift+ units with a completion date set for end of October. During the fare box installation, Nu-Tec will be making slight adjustments to the bio shields to minimize the space between the shield and the new fare box.
